    　　很多人一提到“偏头痛”，第一反应就是“头疼嘛，忍一忍就好”。正因为这种误解，偏头痛常常被轻视，甚至和普通的紧张性头痛混为一谈。 　　但事实上，偏头痛是一种影响全球超十亿人的神经系统疾病，在世界范围的致残性疾病中排名第二，仅次于中风。 　　偏头痛才不是普通头痛 　　它比你想的复杂得多 　　偏头痛不是普通头痛，它是一种原发性的神经系统疾病，机制复杂，影响深远。很多患者其实会出现“发作前预警”： 　　视觉先兆：眼前闪现锯齿状闪光或暗点，持续时间大约20~30分钟。 　　单侧搏动痛：太阳穴“突突”跳痛，像心跳一样。 　　运动加重：上个楼梯、轻轻转头就会加重剧痛，静卧时可以缓解。 　　伴随症状：恶心呕吐、畏光、畏声、嗅觉过敏(对气味极度敏感)。 　　如果把偏头痛看作一场风暴，那么它并不是凭空而来，而是由遗传、环境与神经网络的异常相互作用触发的。 　　研究发现，患者的大脑在面对外界刺激时往往更加“敏感”，这与遗传易感性密切相关。神经递质如血清素和降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)在其中扮演了重要角色，它们能影响血管舒缩和疼痛信号传递，从而造成反复的头痛循环。因此，偏头痛不仅是血管的问题，更是一次神经系统的全面失衡。 　　还有一种特殊的偏头痛——月经偏头痛，通常发生在月经前2天至来潮后的3天间，往往比非经期发作更剧烈、持续时间更长，对生活影响更大。 　　偏头痛看似无形 　　长期折磨着无数患者 　　偏头痛的困扰，也许看似无形，却实实在在严重影响无数人的生活：比如上班/上学时因为头痛缺勤，工作/学习效率大打折扣；或者在家无法完成家务；甚至朋友聚会、家庭活动也不得不一次次缺席，久而久之，有些人甚至不得不离开岗位，成为真正意义上的“失去劳动能力”，达到医学意义的“致残”。 　　从流行病学角度看，偏头痛是全球第二大致残性疾病。过去三十年里，中国头痛相关的致残负担持续上升，女性和青壮年群体首当其冲。在中国，偏头痛的患病率接近9%，年轻化趋势明显。 　　当前，社会大众对偏头痛的认知依然不足，不少人误以为“忍一忍就过去了”，甚至长期依赖止痛药自行缓解。这种做法不但未能控制病情，还可能因过度用药诱发“药物过度使用性头痛”，让疼痛频率进一步增加，陷入恶性循环。 　　早防早治不能拖 　　4招缓解偏头痛 　　偏头痛发作时别硬扛，试试这几个物理缓解法： 　　冷敷法：可把冰袋敷在太阳穴、前额或脖子处，降低头部血液的温度。 　　穴位按摩：按摩太阳穴、百会穴，大拇指按摩风池穴，大约两分钟。 　　热水泡手：将双手放在温热水中浸泡半小时，手部血管扩张，脑部血流减少，偏头痛会减轻。 　　毛巾缠头：使用毛巾缠在太阳穴周围，松紧适中，能有效抑制血管扩张。 　　总而言之，偏头痛不是简单“忍一忍就好”，而是一种需要被正视的疾病。对个人而言，关键在于及时就医、科学管理；对社会而言，则需要共同努力，减少误解与忽视。唯有如此，患者才能真正摆脱反复的疼痛，在生活中重拾稳定与力量。 　　来源：国家应急广播综合科普中国、中国疾控中心、央视财经中国好医生 【编辑:刘阳禾】|dfg|
