    　　深冬时节，我国流感活动出现下降，但总体仍处于高流行水平。儿童免疫力较低，是流感的易感人群。儿童流感治疗有哪些误区？北京儿童医院重症医学科主任王荃权威解答↓ 　　抗生素能治流感，真的吗？ 　　北京儿童医院重症医学科主任 王荃：首先要明确，流感是由流感病毒所导致的，所以你用抗菌药肯定是无效的，我们只能用适合孩子吃的抗流感病毒的药物，例如大家可能都知道的奥司他韦，另外口服的还有RNA聚合酶抑制剂玛巴洛沙韦，这个药主要是适合5岁以上的孩子吃。 　　退烧药可以交替使用，对吗？ 　　北京儿童医院重症医学科主任 王荃：交替使用退烧药并不会增强退热的效果，从功效上来说它是没有用的。另外，在交替使用的时候很容易搞乱，搞乱了之后可能会导致药物服用多了，这样可能会增加孩子的肝肾负担，而且增加不良反应的可能，所以我们是不建议交替使用的。 　　退烧效果不好可以加量服用或者增加频次，真的吗？ 　　北京儿童医院重症医学科主任 王荃：加量、增加频次是绝对禁止的，儿童不管年龄多大，如果要服用退烧药，家长一定要认真阅读说明书，按照孩子的年龄、体重去算合适的剂量。另外一天服药不能超过4次，因为药物对肝肾都是有损害的。 【编辑:李润泽】|dfg|
