    “数九”，因何从冬至开始？

    　　中新网北京12月21日电(记者 上官云)“一九二九不出手，三九四九冰上走。”一首“数九”歌谣，是很多人熟悉的童年回忆。冬至节气一到，“数九”也就开始了。 　　记者在采访中了解到，2026年春节(公历2026年2月17日)处于“七九”期间，对应的“七九”时间是2026年2月13日至2月21日。 　　要说“数九”，得先从冬至说起。它是最早被确定的节气之一。《月令七十二候集解》载：“十一月中，终藏之气，至此而极也”，表明此日阴极而阳始至。 资料图：冬至日，游客在北京颐和园参观游览。中新社记者 王紫儒 摄 　　“数九”又叫“冬九九”，一般是从冬至日这天开始算起，进入“数九”(也称“交九”)，之后每九天为一个单位，过了九个“九”，刚好八十一天，即为“出九”，此时正好春暖花开。 　　“一九二九不出手。三九四九冰上走。五九六九沿河看柳。七九河开，八九雁来。九九加一九，犁牛遍地走。”民间流传的“数九歌”，比较形象地展示了此时的天气特点等等。 　　山东社会科学院文化研究所研究员郑艳认为，从冬至开始“数九”，大概与以下因素有关：冬至是阳气萌动、白昼渐长的起点，又是严寒周期开始的标志，亦是阴阳转换的象征。相较而言，“数九”这种计时方式更适用于中国北方地区特别是黄河中下游地区。 　　有意思的是，2026年春节正好是公历的2月17日，相较于往年而言，“过年”的时间比较晚。二十四节气保护传承联盟秘书长唐志强介绍，此时刚好处在“数九”里的“七九”，对应的“七九”时间是2026年2月13日至2月21日。 　　郑艳则表示，2026年春节之所以在公历时间上晚一些，是因为2025年也就是农历乙巳蛇年，出现了一个“闰六月”，受此影响，之后在公历时间上，中秋节以及2026年春节都会相应推迟。 资料图：家长带着孩子参观冬至数九图。中新社记者 易海菲 摄 　　那么，“数九”歌谣里提到“七九河开，八九雁来”，2026年春节来临时，是否已经到了“河开雁来”的时候？ 　　对此，郑艳解释道，一般而言，“数九”是从物候角度来说的，春节所属的农历理论上是一种阴阳合历，两者从不同角度体现时间生活方式和民俗。从气候角度来看，当气温持续稳定在0度以上之后，会出现“河开”的现象。 　　“所以按照‘数九’的方法，‘七九’一般在公历二月中下旬，如果届时气候条件可以达到，是可以看到‘河开’的景象的。”她说。 　　口口相传的“数九”歌谣，描述了冬日里的时季感受及农耕生活，消寒图则是以图画或文字的形式标示由冬向春的转换过程，在古代多流行于闺阁女子、文人雅士之中。 　　浙江省台州医院中医科副主任中医师何贵平提醒，冬季天气寒冷，头颈、腰背等特别需要注重保暖，衣着宜选温暖透气的材质，避免过薄或过紧影响气血循环。(完) 【编辑:胡寒笑】|dfg|
