    （乡村行·看振兴）江西安福统战赋能“黄栀子” 铺就乡村振兴“金色路”

    　　中新网江西安福12月22日电 (付丽玲)冬日时节，在江西省安福县甘洛乡黄栀子种植基地，3000余亩金灿灿的黄栀子缀满枝头，宛如一片金色海洋。村民们穿梭在黄栀子林中，熟练地采摘、搬运鲜果，山间地头满是收获的喜悦。 　　“我们引进的是台湾新品种‘阿里山1号’，亩产可达3000斤以上。”基地负责人黄安斌介绍，通过“合作社+基地+农户”的模式，已引导96户农户入股，带动周边群众增加务工收入50余万元。 　　时间回到2012年。黄安斌在外学习时了解到，黄栀子可作为天然色素栀子黄的原料，广泛用于天然提炼、酿酒、食品、医药等领域，经济价值高，具有良好的市场发展前景。经过实地调研考察，他发现甘洛乡的土壤气候十分适宜黄栀子生长，于是决心在此发展产业，带动乡亲共同致富。 　　“项目刚落地，难题便随之而来。山地流转涉及多户农户，协调难度非常大。”黄安斌回忆。后来，在乡政府的推动下，石陂、夏塘两村建立跨村联建产业联盟，仅用两个月就流转土地近2000亩。“政府还帮我梳理了产业奖补政策，让我能安心投入。” 江西安福县甘洛乡黄栀子种植基地，村民忙着采摘黄栀子。安福县委统战部供图 　　安福县委统战部也积极发挥作用，联系党外农业技术专家定期开展技术培训，同时协助探索精深加工路径，推动鲜果加工为干货，提升产品附加值。产业链的延伸，让黄栀子真正成为带动当地发展的“黄金果”。 　　“一天能摘200多斤，可以赚100多块钱，离家又近，大家都干得高兴。”石陂村村民刘头英一边采摘一边笑着说。 　　“今年基地预计可采收300至400吨黄栀子鲜果，总产值达300多万元，人均务工收入可达1万多元。”黄安斌介绍道。 　　安福县委统战部负责人表示，未来将继续深化“统战+产业”融合模式，整合党外人才、新的社会阶层人士等资源力量，推动黄栀子产业向精深加工与文旅融合升级，让小小的黄栀子，真正成为富民兴村的“金色产业”。(完) 【编辑:胡寒笑】|dfg|
