    多学科手段还原明代壁塑制作 为保护修复提供科学依据

    　　中新网太原12月22日电　（记者　胡健）山西省考古研究院22日公布长治观音堂明代壁塑的多学科科技研究成果，科研人员通过技术分析揭示了其制作工艺与材料特征，为其科学修复提供关键依据。 　　长治观音堂始建于明万历十年（1582年），其观音殿内现存儒、释、道三教人物彩塑共计562尊，艺术与历史价值极高。研究人员针对殿内小型壁塑，综合运用X射线探伤、超景深显微镜、X射线衍射分析等多种科技手段，对脱落的壁塑、黏土、金属丝、颜料等样品进行系统分析。 　　研究发现，壁塑内部无大型骨架，仅在袖口、裙摆等受力部位使用细铁丝进行局部连接与支撑。金相分析表明，这些铁丝为经退火处理的熟铁，采用拉拔工艺制成，最细处直径不足1毫米，体现了明代制作工艺的高标准。研究人员还首次在黏土中发现并鉴定出构皮纤维作为加筋材料。该纤维来源可能为高档构皮纸浆，其均匀细长特性显著增强了黏土的力学强度，这在民间泥塑中较为罕见。 　　分析表明，塑像由同一种配比的细泥制成，黏土质地细腻，经过仔细筛分，并掺入少量砂粒以增强抗风化性能。脖颈与足部分别留有插入木棍和铁钉的孔洞，用于连接头部与悬挂固定。颜料分析证实使用了朱砂、雄黄、氯铜矿等传统矿物颜料，并通过混合调配出粉、青等色。 　　此次研究采用多种科学手段对小型壁塑的材料与结构进行了系统分析，揭示了其完整的制作工艺，为修复材料的选择和保护策略提供了可靠依据，对珍贵文物的抢救性保护具有重要意义。（完） 【编辑:胡寒笑】|dfg|
