    　　中新网满洲里12月20日电 (崔博群 李爱平)满洲里海关20日对外发布消息称，当日，满载41.76吨俄罗斯燕麦、荞麦的两辆货车经满洲里公路口岸顺利入境，标志着该口岸进口俄罗斯农产品实现“零的突破”，为中俄共建“新陆路粮食走廊”项目新增关键通道。 图为满洲里十八里海关关员对进境粮食开展检查作业。　李硕摄 　　俄罗斯作为世界主要农产品出口国之一，素有“世界粮仓”美誉。此次进口的燕麦、荞麦全程严格遵循国际植物检疫标准，实现“从田间到口岸”全链条安全可控，既保障了中国国内市场的农产品安全，也为中国消费者带来了优质的进口农产品选择。 　　此次粮食进口是满洲里陆港国际物流有限公司进境粮食指定监管场地正式运营后，迎来的首批进境粮食运输车辆。该监管场地占地27707平方米，年周转能力达20万吨，配备专业的粮食查验区、专用仓库及全套粮食查验检疫处理设施，为农产品规模化进口提供了硬件支撑。 　　满洲里十八里海关关长刘雷说：“粮食安全是‘国之大者’，进境粮食指定监管场地的投入使用，将保障满洲里市及周边地区粮油加工业、养殖业的进口粮食需求。” 　　满洲里口岸全面推行了“7×24小时”预约通关等便利化举措，助力“中俄新陆路粮食走廊项目”提质升级。(完) 【编辑:张子怡】|dfg|
