    　　中新网北京12月20日电 位于北京市昌平区未来科学城“能源谷”核心区的科技文化交流中心项目19日启动。该项目将建设集创新交流、科技展示、科普研学、园区接待“四位一体”功能体系的综合性场馆，建成后将有效整合科技创新资源，提供专业化、高水平的科技交流与国际合作服务，增强创新要素集聚能力，进一步提升未来科学城全球影响力与竞争力。 北京未来科学城科技文化交流中心意向效果图。昌平区供图 　　作为北京国际科创中心核心承载地，未来科学城按照“科学+城”理念，持续完善人产城融合发展环境，区域内产业要素、交通骨架、公共配套持续完善，“两谷一园”创新能级不断提升。其中“能源谷”作为国际先进能源产业集聚区和成果转化示范区，目前已聚集了多家央企和研究机构，累计入驻各类市场主体近千家，能源转型大会等高规格活动常态化举办，产业生态正持续增强。 　　为进一步完善“能源谷”配套功能、打造高能级科技交流载体、增强创新要素集聚能力，在区政府的大力支持下，科技文化交流中心项目落地而生。 　　该项目将建设集创新交流、科技展示、科普研学、园区接待“四位一体”功能体系的综合性场馆，建成后将有效整合科技创新资源，提供专业化、高水平的科技交流与国际合作服务，增强创新要素集聚能力，进一步提升未来科学城全球影响力与竞争力。 　　据介绍，规划用地面积1.44公顷，总建筑规模约3.5万平方米(其中地上建筑规模约2.02万平方米)，容积率1.4，限高24米。项目紧邻地铁17号线未来科学城站，交通条件便利；北侧绿地资源丰富，与温榆河遥相呼应，景观环境优越；西侧紧邻保利未来大都汇，近享高品质商业空间，配套设施齐备。 　　项目对标国际高端会议场馆标准，秉持“科技赋能、生态融合”的设计理念，以“未来科技方舟”为形象立意，打造未来科学城面向全球的“城市客厅”与“创新名片”，主要功能区包括：创新交流区13400平方米、科技展示区3000平方米、科普研学区2000平方米及园区接待1800平方米。整体方案创新性地采用建筑主体与周边公园设计一体化手法，将生态公园巧妙地融入建筑肌理之中，让自然景观与建筑空间相互渗透、相得益彰。届时，这座“方舟”将不仅是举办高端论坛的场所，更是市民可感、可享的公共空间，实现创新活力与人文魅力的有机融合。 　　项目采用“拿地即实质开工”的创新模式，昌平区多部门协同支持，通过“挂图作战+节点管控”精细化管理，同步推进供地拿地、方案设计、报批手续三条业务主线，加快项目开工建设。项目于12月10日取得土护降施工准备函，计划2027年底完工，以政企协同的攻坚合力彰显重大项目建设的“昌平速度”。 　　由未来科学城集团建设、承载着科技成果展示与创新合作交流的“未来科技方舟”正扬帆起航，是未来科学城完善“科学+城”功能、提升创新发展软环境的又一生动实践。未来科学城集团将严把工程质量关、安全关、进度关，高标准推进项目建成投用，打造展示北京科技创新成果的重要窗口。(完) 【编辑:张子怡】|dfg|
