    　　中新社香港12月16日电 (韩星童 华净雯)12月15日，香港特区高等法院原讼法庭裁决黎智英两项串谋勾结外国势力罪及一项串谋发布煽动刊物罪成立。香港各界代表人士16日接受中新社记者采访时表示，这份裁决令法治得以彰显、正义得以伸张。 　　“‘修例风波’是我这辈子从未见过的艰难时期。”在香港生活逾半世纪的香港兰桂坊集团主席盛智文向记者回忆起2019年“修例风波”对社会的冲击，仍难掩气愤。“香港一切都停摆了，不少餐厅、商铺的生意一落千丈，游客不来了，市民也不敢出门。兰桂坊的生意同样受到严重冲击。”盛智文说，在这场风波中扮演关键角色的黎智英对香港造成了巨大伤害。 　　盛智文认为，香港是自由、公正的法治社会，这一点也在此次裁决中展现。此案庭审耗时逾150天，法庭详细审视大量证供和证物后，颁下855页详尽判词，清晰阐述定罪的法理依据和考量，公开透明。 12月16日，香港兰桂坊集团主席盛智文接受中新社记者采访。　华净雯 摄 　　全国政协港澳台侨委员会副主任、香港新时代发展智库主席屠海鸣表示，法庭裁决黎智英案罪名成立，坚定维护国家安全，厘清了违法与新闻自由的边界，也充分彰显了香港的核心价值。香港是法治社会，有法必依、违法必究、执法必严，任何人一旦触犯法律，休想逃脱法网。时下的香港，依然存在国家安全风险。维护国家安全只有进行时，没有完成时。 　　港区全国人大代表、律师沈豪杰表示，此案向社会清晰划出了不能逾越的国家安全底线。黎智英多年来不断搅乱香港，勾结外国势力，更是反中乱港阵营的头目，如今铁证如山，罪有应得。这份判决是香港由治及兴进程中的重要里程碑。 　　港区全国人大代表凌友诗认为，此次判决有四重意义——法治的彰显、正义的伸张、司法公正的展现、还香港以天清地宁。黎智英案是在完全公平、公正、公开的审讯下进行的。警方搜证细密，证人证词详实，法官反复推敲，该案将成为香港法治史上的一个重要典范。 　　港区全国人大代表孙伟勇表示，黎智英长期勾结境外势力、煽动暴力乱港的罪行铁证如山。对香港而言，此裁决是香港国安法“一法安香江”的生动实践，为社会长治久安筑牢法治屏障，厘清自由与法治的边界，也强力回击西方“双重标准”。裁决证明，任何分裂国家的行为，无论包装多么隐蔽，终将受到法律严惩。(完) 【编辑:张令旗】|dfg|
