    外国人入境卡网上填报实施满月 上海口岸使用人数超26万人次

    　　中新网上海12月20日电 (记者 陈静)截至12月20日，国家移民管理局外国人入境卡网上填报新举措实施已满月。上海边检总站方面20日披露，在上海空港口岸(浦东、虹桥国际机场口岸)，通过网上填报系统完成入境卡填写的外籍旅客数量持续稳步提升，使用人数超26万人次，占符合网上填报条件的入境外籍旅客数量的五成。 　　虹桥边检站方面介绍，政策实施一个月以来，虹桥边检持续收集旅客、机场以及航空公司反馈，动态优化现场引导流程、完善网络保障、强化多语种服务支持，此外，通过开展多轮针对性培训，确保执勤民警熟悉系统核验、应急处置等环节，保障政策执行标准统一、安全高效。 在虹桥国际机场口岸的入境卡网上填报服务专区，边检工作人员指导外籍旅客完成信息录入。(上海边检总站供图) 　　20日，记者一走进虹桥国际机场口岸入境大厅，就看到标识清晰的入境卡网上填报服务专区，专区配备了专用平板电脑与高速Wi－Fi，网络系统为专网连接设置，确保运行通畅。旅客通过扫描二维码或使用现场配置的平板电脑，即可快速进入填报界面，按照提示完成信息录入。与此同时，多名外语流利、服务亲和的“虹星”青年志愿者服务队民警在现场引导外籍旅客使用系统，整个过程简便流畅。 　　记者了解到，虹桥边检站还通过加强与航空公司、机场运营方的协同，在登机前值机环节、航班客舱及到达区域提前开展宣传指引，确保实现“前站+空中+地面”全流程服务覆盖。 　　上海边检机关将持续跟踪评估政策实施效果，深化与各驻场单位的协作机制，持续优化外国人入境卡网上填报服务体系，为来华外籍旅客提供更加智能、便捷、人性化的通关体验，助力营造国际化、便利化的口岸营商环境。 　　此外，边检机关郑重提醒，实行外国人入境卡网上填报是中国便利外国人来华的创新举措，不收取任何费用，请通过国家移民管理局政府网站、政务服务平台、“移民局12367”APP和微信(支付宝)小程序、手机端扫描入境卡填报码等渠道填报入境信息。(完) 【编辑:张子怡】|dfg|
