    如何区分普通感冒和流感？专家详解

    　　明天(12月21日)是二十四节气中的冬至，这标志着各地气候将进入最寒冷的阶段。12月19日，国家卫生健康委召开“时令节气与健康”发布会，重点介绍流感防控、呼吸系统疾病防治等情况。 　　当前，我国呼吸道传染病仍处于高发季节，虽然本周我国流感活动出现下降，但总体仍处于高流行水平。公众该如何做好健康防护？感染后，自行购买感冒药又该怎么挑选？ 　　从中国疾病预防控制中心发布的监测报告来看，流感病毒是我国急性呼吸道传染病主要流行的病原体，呼吸道合胞病毒、鼻病毒也存在一定水平活动。江苏省疾病预防控制中心主任医师霍翔表示，本周我国流感活动出现下降，但总体仍处于高流行水平。 　　霍翔表示，秋冬季流感高发主要是受气温下降等因素影响，从监测情况来看，各省份流行强度处于动态变化中，南方部分省份流感疫情达峰时间略晚于北方。 　　霍翔强调，接种流感疫苗是预防流感最经济、有效的手段，可以显著降低接种者罹患流感和发生重症的风险。而接种流感疫苗的常见不良反应通常是轻微的，大家无需过于担心。 　　现在市面上有很多感冒药，自行购买应该如何挑选？针对这个大家都比较关心的问题，北京大学人民医院主任医师马艳良提醒，抗生素是不治感冒的，如阿莫西林、头孢菌素、左氧氟沙星等这类抗菌药物是针对细菌感染，而普通感冒大部分是病毒感染，抗生素是起不到效果的，且滥用反而会引起一些细菌耐药。此外，抗病毒药物也不能滥用，尤其是引起普通感冒的常见的病毒是没有特效的抗病毒药的，一般在确诊流感48小时之内，医生才会开一些针对流感的抗病毒药物，所以也不建议在没有依据的时候早期就使用这些药物。 　　流感高发，一些患者出现症状后拖延就诊，结果发展成为肺炎，也有不少人将肺炎的早期症状误认为是普通感冒，从而延误治疗。对普通群众而言，应该如何把握治疗时机？对此，马艳良着重介绍了普通感冒和流感的区别。 　　马艳良介绍，普通感冒大多数是由鼻病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒等引起的，以上呼吸道症状为主，主要是流鼻涕、打喷嚏、嗓子疼，全身症状相对比较轻；流感主要是由流感病毒引起来的，往往一开始就来势汹汹，出现突发的高热、全身疼痛、乏力，也会伴有呼吸道症状。 　　不管是普通感冒还是流感，大多数免疫功能正常的人，其实是可以自愈的，但是相关症状也有可能会发展成下呼吸道的感染，比如肺炎，或者出现心肌炎这些严重的并发症。 　　马艳良还强调，肺炎开始的症状也是咳嗽、发烧、没力气，但如果出现以下情况要及时就诊： 　　高热不退，或者反反复复的发热，尤其是发热连续3天不退，或者体温刚一下去体温又高起来了，都要小心下呼吸道感染。 　　咳嗽越来越严重、越来越频繁或者咳得越来越深，尤其是出现黄痰、铁锈色痰或者血丝痰的时候，有可能进展到了下呼吸道。 　　如果出现胸闷、气短、憋气，尤其是活动的时候觉得有点喘、心慌，出现这些问题的时候一定要及时就诊，看有没有肺炎的情况。 　　冬至前后北方天气寒冷，很多人受寒感冒后咳嗽久久不愈，中国中医科学院望京医院主任医师高峰表示，这种情况的主要原因是感冒后气道上皮受损，还没有完全恢复，气道的敏感性增强，受到刺激就会诱发咳嗽。不太影响正常的生活和工作，既往也没有任何慢性疾病的，可通过自身调护来促进康复。 【编辑:李润泽】|dfg|
