    天冷了，小心这种“热”病！

    　　冬季来临，气温骤降，老鼠也开始“搬家”入室，不仅扰民，更可能传播一种潜伏在身边的疾病——肾综合征出血热。该病具有发热、出血、肾损害三大主要特征，故又简称出血热。 　　据南昌市近十多年报告的HFRS病例显示：该病的发病高峰主要集中在11月份至次年1月份，次高峰为4—6月份，现在正是出血热的高发季。它起病急、进展快，早期症状与感冒相似，极易被忽视，却可能引发严重后果，甚至危及生命。为此，南昌市疾控中心(市卫健执法局)提醒广大市民，出血热虽凶险，但可防、可控、可治。防鼠灭鼠是根本，个人防护是关键，接种疫苗是屏障，及早就医是保障。 　　老鼠出没 小心出血热 　　出血热是由汉坦病毒引起的一种以鼠类为主要传染源的自然疫源性疾病，属于我国法定的乙类传染病。主要传染源为黑线姬鼠、褐家鼠等啮齿类动物。呼吸道传播是鼠类排泄物(尿液、粪便、唾液)污染的尘埃可形成气溶胶，一旦被吸入可导致感染；消化道传播是食用被鼠类排泄物污染的食物或水，病毒通过口腔或消化道黏膜进入人体；接触传播是直接接触鼠类排泄物、分泌物，或被鼠咬伤，病毒通过破损皮肤或黏膜侵入；虫媒传播(较少见)是被携带病毒的螨虫(如革螨、恙螨)叮咬也可能传播病毒；母婴传播(极少数)是感染的孕妇可能通过胎盘将病毒传染给胎儿。 　　冬季老鼠常窜入室内，一旦其排泄物污染环境，就有可能造成传播风险。与鼠类或其污染物接触较多者更容易感染出血热，如农民、建筑工人、环卫工、野外作业、露营、徒步旅行者等户外工作者，以及居住在城乡接合部、老旧小区(家中可见老鼠出没)的居民。虽然所有人群普遍易感，但上述高危人群更应加强防护与疫苗接种。 　　早期症状与感冒相似 　　出血热的潜伏期一般为4—45天，多为2周左右。早期症状与感冒相似，但发展迅速，典型症状有高热，体温迅速升高至38℃—40℃，持续3—7天，伴明显乏力；“三痛”即头痛、腰痛、眼眶痛(常难以忍受)；“三红”即面部、颈部和上胸部出现潮红，类似醉酒状，是血管扩张的表现；出血倾向是皮肤出现针尖样出血点，严重者可出现鼻出血、牙龈出血、咯血、便血等；肾损伤是出现蛋白尿、少尿甚至无尿，严重时可引发肾功能衰竭。 　　如果不及时识别和治疗，病情可快速进展至低血压休克、肾功能衰竭等危重阶段。如果在发病前1-2周内有过鼠类接触史，或生活在流行区，并出现发热、“三痛”等类似感冒症状，请立即前往正规医院就诊，并主动告知医生鼠类接触史。坚持“三早一就”原则(早发现、早休息、早治疗、就近治疗)，卧床休息是有效缓解病情的关键措施之一。切勿自行服药，以免延误治疗。 　　科学防控 防鼠灭鼠是关键 　　防鼠灭鼠切断源头，清理房前屋后、室内外的杂物与垃圾，消除老鼠藏身之地；使用鼠夹、鼠笼、粘鼠板等物理方法灭鼠；必要时在专业人员指导下使用国家批准的安全灭鼠药。做好个人防护，进入可能有鼠类活动的场所，先通风、戴口罩、戴手套；避免直接接触鼠类排泄物，接触后及时洗手；在野外工作或游玩时，穿长袖衣裤、扎紧袖口裤脚，不在草丛、稻草堆上久坐；注意饮食卫生，不喝生水，水果蔬菜洗净削皮，餐具消毒。 　　环境与居家防鼠，安装纱窗、防鼠网，封堵下水道入口；储物柜、厨房保持整洁，食物密封保存；粮食离地、离墙存放，避免直接暴露；使用防鼠储存器具，特别是农村地区储粮防鼠尤为重要。 　　接种疫苗建立免疫屏障，目前有出血热疫苗可供接种，适用于16~60岁高危人群，接种程序为基础免疫2针(0天、14天)，1年后加强1针，推荐高发地区居民、经常接触鼠类或野外环境者接种。 【编辑:胡寒笑】|dfg|
