    二手平台转卖闲置物品 谨防“冒充客服”变种骗局

    　　本报讯(记者 张玉东)近日，市民樊女士在二手交易平台出售闲置物品时，遭遇精心设计的骗局，货物未曾卖出，反而损失5000元。目前，警方已介入调查。 　　“买家”下单称资金被冻，催卖家联系“客服”解冻 　　据樊女士描述，她在闲鱼平台发布闲置商品后，很快收到一名“买家”私信，对方声称已经下单支付，但由于樊女士未授权开通“闲置转卖”服务，导致其支付资金被平台冻结。“买家”言辞急切，表示因樊女士的“失误”给自己造成了困扰和损失。 　　听闻因自己操作“不当”连累他人，樊女士感到十分抱歉。此时，“买家”顺势发来一个二维码，称需扫描联系“闲鱼官方客服”进行授权解冻。急于解决问题的樊女士未加多想，便扫码进入了一个仿冒的“闲鱼在线客服”聊天界面。 　　“客服”以解冻、认证为名，诱导卖家多次转账 　　界面中，一名“客服人员”告知樊女士，要完成“闲置转卖”授权，需先缴纳5000元的“解冻保证金”，并强调若不及时处理，不仅买家资金无法解冻，樊女士本人还可能被关联银行列为失信人员。在对方不断施加压力下，樊女士惊慌失措，按照指引向指定账户转账5000元。 　　然而，转账完成后，“客服”并未如约解决问题，反而提出新的要求，称需额外开通“假一赔三”服务并缴纳相应费用，才能完成全部流程。至此，樊女士终于意识到情况不对，可能遭遇诈骗，随即停止操作并报警。 　　警方与平台提醒：交易务必坚守平台防线 　　郑州反诈民警指出，此类骗局是典型的“冒充客服”诈骗变种。骗子利用卖家希望顺利交易、害怕承担责任的心理，通过伪造订单异常、资金冻结等话术制造紧张气氛，再引导其脱离平台监管，通过假冒客服、虚假链接或二维码实施诈骗。 　　防骗指南：牢记“三不”原则 　　针对此类骗局，郑州警方提醒广大二手交易用户，所有沟通、交易务必在官方平台内进行，切勿切换至第三方。坚决不点击对方发来的不明链接，不扫来源不明的二维码，不泄露个人手机验证码、身份证及银行卡信息。平台交易本身无须额外向个人账户支付“保证金”“解冻金”“服务费”等。遇到任何可疑情况，应立即通过平台官方公布的联系方式核实，或直接报警处理。 【编辑:李岩】|dfg|
