    别让免密支付成为便捷陷阱

    　　据中国消费者协会网站消息，近期，中国消费者协会陆续收到消费者声称因“免密支付”功能导致账户资金被盗刷的投诉。为切实保护消费者财产安全，提升风险防范意识，中国消费者协会提醒广大消费者，网络购物谨慎使用手机“免密支付”功能，避免因账户权限过度开放而引发资金损失。 　　在移动支付全面普及的当下，“免密支付”功能凭借其“无感扣款”的便捷性，成为不少消费者的主要支付方式之一。然而，中消协近期发布的消费提示却为这一看似便利的支付途径敲响了警钟：非必要情况下，切勿开启“免密支付”。这一提醒的背后，是日益增多的账户盗刷投诉，以及因“免密支付”漏洞而遭受的财产损失。在便捷与安全的天平上，过度追求效率的消费习惯也会导致天平失衡，个人账户的安全性也会因此而大打折扣。 　　“免密支付”的初衷本是提升支付效率，简化用户输入密码的步骤。然而，这一设计却为不法分子提供了可乘之机。根据中消协的提示，“免密支付”的风险主要体现在三个方面：一是设备丢失或账号泄露后，不法分子可“零门槛”盗刷。当手机丢失或账号被破解时，他们可直接利用免密功能进行消费，无需任何验证。二是小额高频盗刷的“温水煮青蛙”效应。虽然单笔免密额度有限，但短时间内高频次的小额扣款也会累积成巨额损失。三是盗刷行为的“隐形化”特征。许多盗刷交易发生在用户熟睡的凌晨时段，或通过绑定支付平台的虚拟服务完成，导致消费者难以及时发现异常。 　　面对“免密支付”的安全隐患，消费者应主动出击，构建多层次的防护体系。第一道防线是审慎开启免密功能。消费者应全面梳理支付平台的授权情况，关闭不必要的免密权限。若需保留部分功能，应单独设置限额并定期检查。第二道防线是强化账户安全基础。密码强度是账户安全的第一道防线，应避免使用生日、连续数字等简单密码，并开启双重认证功能。第三道防线是建立定期核查机制。消费者应养成定期核对账户的习惯，及时查看支付平台发送的扣款短信，定期检查订阅服务列表，取消不再需要的自动续费项目。一旦发现异常消费，应立即冻结账户并保留证据，为后续维权做好准备。 　　“免密支付”的争议，实质上是技术发展与安全伦理的碰撞。支付平台应承担起更多的社会责任，例如通过AI风控系统实时监测异常交易，为高风险用户主动推送安全提醒等。监管部门也应加快制定免密支付的安全标准，明确平台在盗刷事件中的责任边界。对于消费者而言，提升安全意识比技术防护更为重要。每一次“无感支付”的背后，都可能隐藏着风险。只有摒弃“图省事”的侥幸心理，主动管理支付权限，才能在享受科技便利的同时，进一步守住财产安全的底线。 　　移动支付的未来不应是“便捷至上”的野蛮生长，而应是安全与效率的动态平衡。当消费者学会对“免密支付”说“不”，当平台真正将安全置于商业利益之上时，这场便捷与安全的博弈，才能迎来真正的共赢。(王琦) 　　来源：北京青年报 【编辑:叶攀】|dfg|
