    中国灵活就业人员参加职工基本养老保险人数超7000万

    　　中新社北京12月22日电 (记者 谢雁冰 李京泽)22日提请十四届全国人大常委会审议的一份报告显示，截至2024年底，中国灵活就业人员参加职工基本养老保险、职工基本医疗保险的人数分别达7057万人、6615.9万人。 　　该报告为《国务院关于灵活就业和新就业形态劳动者权益保障工作情况的报告》。报告指出，中国积极推进职业伤害保障试点。在工伤保险制度框架下，结合新就业形态特点，提出按单计费、每单必保的职业伤害保障模式，于2022年启动试点工作。 　　报告指出，截至2025年10月底，试点企业共11家，试点省份达17个，累计2325万人参保，实现了试点范围内新就业形态劳动者应参尽参。报告称，下一步，将着力社保提质扩面，优化参保缴费办法。用3年左右时间，推进职业伤害保障广覆盖，稳步扩容省份、新增企业、拓宽行业。 　　今年，中国人力资源和社会保障部等五部门部署开展新就业形态劳动者劳动权益保障水平提升专项行动。报告说，据统计，专项行动期间，全国累计检查7.9万家企业用工情况，约谈企业8652家次，处理违法行为1.4万次。 　　总体来看，报告指出，在各方共同努力下，灵活就业和新就业形态劳动者权益保障水平稳步提高，劳动报酬拖欠风险持续保持在较低水平，职业伤害保障试点较好解决了劳动者的后顾之忧，劳动者的获得感、幸福感、安全感明显提升。(完) 【编辑:李润泽】
