    国家航天局对地观测与数据中心：探索民商协同、激活卫星数据要素价值

    　　中新网北京12月22日电(记者 吴涛)“目前我国在轨遥感卫星数量已达到400余颗，覆盖光学、高光谱、红外及微波类型，已实现全天候、全天时对地观测。” 　　22日，在国家数据局举行的新闻发布会上，国家航天局对地观测与数据中心党委书记、主任孟令杰表示，国家航天局对地观测与数据中心通过统筹我国民用和商用卫星资源，构建遥感虚拟卫星星座，建立民商遥感卫星应急响应机制，充分发挥不同卫星技术优势，形成民商遥感卫星一体化观测体系，为防灾减灾工作提供了坚实的数据支撑和技术保障。 　　据介绍，2025年，示范场景建设取得了实打实、沉甸甸的成果，累计开展159起国内外遥感应急灾害监测，完成卫星成像5700余次，向国内提供高质量遥感数据2.3万余景，向国外提供数据1600余景。为各地防灾减灾、抢险救灾提供了精准的数据支撑。 　　“例如在2025年西藏日喀则地震、贵州榕江洪涝、华北地区洪涝等应急灾害都迅速协调多个系列民商遥感卫星进行卫星应急成像，并在第一时间将数据共享至应急需求单位。”孟令杰表示。 　　孟令杰称，这一成果的取得，是探索民商协同、激活卫星数据要素价值的生动实践，通过该示范场景建设，在航天遥感领域公共数据跑起来探索了一条可复制、可推广的新路子，同时，为全球灾害治理提供了可借鉴的中国方案。(完) 【编辑:梁异】
