    　　“信得过”的底气从何来(现场评论) 　　——说说我们走过的这五年③ 　　方 敏 　　人民日报 　　自主创新，不能怕遭到“冷遇”，越是面对质疑，越要立志攻坚，越是经受压力，越要逆势反弹。只有敢闯、敢创、敢攻坚，才能打响、打赢、占主动 　　笔者到河南洛阳轴承集团股份有限公司(以下简称“洛轴”)走访，工作人员讲述的“0.001毫米”成果让人印象深刻。 　　前不久，洛轴为中国科学院新疆天文台南山观测站18米口径天线阵列研制的关键指向轴承通过验收，俯仰轴承重复跳动误差控制在0.001毫米以内。专家鉴定，这一产品填补了高端天文装备关键部件国产化空白。 　　时间见证了攻坚。10多年前，洛轴还“摸不着”高端轴承。如今，12米级盾构机轴承、16兆瓦风电机组主轴承等“高端货”的产值，占企业总产值的70%。2025年5月，习近平总书记在洛轴考察时指出：“现代制造业离不开科技赋能，要大力加强技术攻关，走自主创新的发展路子。”靠自己的力量发展工业、制造业，这条路不仅走对了，而且要走下去。 　　自己的力量，源自深厚的产业底蕴。洛轴是从“一五”时期走来的企业，70多年紧盯轴承深耕细作。第一套铁路货车轴承、第一套精密机床主轴轴承……洛轴创造的“中国第一”，记录下轴承工业的拓荒历程。正是在“没有先例就创造先例”的探索创新中，我国很多领域的技术攻关走出了不一样的路子。那些“卡脖子”的短板被逐渐补齐，突围的努力也厚积着产业发展底气。 　　靠自主创新实现弯道超车，从来都是难之又难的。这一过程，充满了技术较量、进退淬炼。洛轴盾构机主轴承研制团队的产品，曾被盾构机厂商“拒之门外”，“就算不要钱，我们也不敢装”。客户对产品的不信任，让人心情复杂，而倘若放弃，用盾构机还得“看外国人脸色”。于是，相关团队下定决心啃硬骨头，不断调整工艺流程，从维修替换小零部件逐步拓展到核心部件，最终国产盾构机主轴承经受住市场检验。自主创新，不能怕遭到“冷遇”，越是面对质疑，越要立志攻坚，越是经受压力，越要逆势反弹。只有敢闯、敢创、敢攻坚，才能打响、打赢、占主动。 　　技术的竞争，背后是精神的比拼。20世纪70年代，一种“信得过”精神在全国机械行业广为流传。在轴承行业，洛轴被公认为“信得过”企业。为什么能“信得过”？对洛轴员工来说，就是拿产品质量说话，拿技术实力说话，拿综合效益说话，拿优良作风说话。海上风机发出绿电、神舟飞船叩问苍穹、“中国天眼”捕捉太空“呢喃”……洛轴产品“上天入海”，都得益于产品和团队“信得过”。洛轴的同志说：“国家交给我们的任务，我们都完成了，一次都没有掉过链子！”发扬“信得过”的精气神，坚守“信得过”的好品质，创新的根基才能更牢固，后劲才能更充沛。 　　创新的活力在人，动力也在人。充分激发主动性与创造性，离不开改革牵引。以洛轴为例，通过人事制度改革，打破“铁交椅”、形成“赛马场”，让创新者有为、开拓者有位、实干者有利；通过薪酬分配改革，让收入向技术、营销、生产一线倾斜，形成干劲足、盼头大、订单饱满的良好局面。设定高目标，建立好机制，让更多人主动起来，既能“跳起来摘桃”搞创新，又能“沉住气垦荒”找市场，就能推动高质量发展不断向新、向实、向好。 　　“挺起民族轴承工业的脊梁”，洛轴新厂区的标语醒目而生辉。从历史中走来，向未来进发，靠的是脚踏实地，靠的是创新不辍。如此，就能助力高质量发展打破更多瓶颈、赢得更大空间。 　　(作者为本报河南分社记者） 【编辑:刘阳禾】|dfg|
