    　　中新网清远12月16日电 题：广东英德：“黄金果”铺就富民路 　　作者 张璐 黄振生 陈咏怀 　　霜降过后，广东省各地陆续进入油茶果采摘高峰期。走进位于清远英德连江口镇的油茶种植基地，工人们正将采摘好的茶果打包装，运输到位于连樟村的茶油加工厂里。新鲜的油茶果经过烘干、脱壳、筛选等工序，制成一颗颗棕黑色的油茶籽。最终通过物理压榨，加工成飘香四溢的美味茶油，实现“粒粒黄金果，滴滴黄金油”。 农户采摘油茶果。　陈咏怀 摄 　　据了解，近年来，英德立足丰富的林地资源，全力推进油茶生产三年行动，推动油茶新造和油茶低产低效林改造。目前，英德有约2.1万亩油茶林，1.6万亩已进入丰收期，年产茶籽1193吨、茶油360.2吨，产值约4700万元。 　　“我们一年大概生产40吨油，基本都被珠三角地区的单位和企业订购完。最近我们正在赶深圳一家企业1吨茶油的订单。”一家英德市油茶企业负责人表示，2013年以来，公司在英德连江口镇、下太镇投资种植油茶，经过10多年的发展，目前油茶种植面积约6000亩。“基地聘请了80名长工管理油茶山，到采摘期时，还需要聘请200多名临时工人。” 　　“我们大部分时间住在山里，负责日常的割草、施肥、修枝等工作。”油茶管理人员卢火林说，他从2013年就在这里工作，每月工资5000多元，虽然山上条件艰苦点，但胜在时间自由、工作稳定。 　　在加工厂负责分拣的工人邓长发是连樟村村民，今年已64岁，这些年每到11月中下旬，他都会来加工厂里打散工，每天有100多元的收入。“刚好家里种的水稻在这段时间收割完，过来这里工作既能打发时间又能挣钱。”他说。 工人加工油茶果。　陈咏怀 摄 　　“英德根据油茶产业发展现状和资源禀赋，科学规划油茶种植区域。同时，多次召开技术业务培训会议，邀请油茶教授专家授课，组织技术团队深入山坡地头，为农户提供技术培训和指导，确保种植管理技术到位。”英德市林业局相关负责人介绍。 　　据了解，英德还积极帮助油茶企业协调解决林地用地问题，通过林业科学研究所为油茶企业培育和选择优质的油茶树品种。同时向上级争取政策扶持资金，对油茶低改项目每亩补助600元；对油茶新造项目每亩补助1000元，进一步减少公司、合作社或农户的种植和抚育成本。 　　英德市林业局相关负责人表示，下一步，将重点扶持本地油茶加工龙头企业，打造品牌、拓展销路，以稳定订单和保底收购价给林农吃下“定心丸”。同时，加大品种改良力度，提高油茶品质和产量，加强精深加工技术研发，延伸产业链条，提高产业附加值，让油茶产业成为推进乡村振兴的“摇钱树”和“致富果”。(完) 【编辑:于晓艳】|dfg|
