    　　游乐园“快速通道”不快？ 　　省消保委提醒：小心被套路 　　碰到人多，不少游客为了省心省事，会多花钱买游乐园的快通套餐，但近期有消费者反映，部分第三方平台的快通套餐名不副实，花高价却享受不到预期服务。江苏省消保委提醒消费者小心被“快速通道”套路，别再盲目下单；提醒商家诚信经营。 　　杨女士购买了2张套票，宣传包含“单日门票+14项优速通+导览+城堡灯光秀观赏位”，实际套餐里的“灯光秀观赏位”只是导游引导至普通观赏点，并不是预约好的观赏位。另外黄先生表示在某平台购买了2张游乐园套票，包含“门票+提前入园+14项快玩+管家”。之后发现它的14项“快玩”，只是领队带你进去快速游玩，跟14项快速通道完全不搭边，而且商家把14项快玩不等于优速通这个关键信息藏在购买明细的最下面，如果没有点开折叠的话，根本看不到这个关键信息。诸多消费者的共同遭遇是：被平台链接上的“快通”“快速游玩”等词汇误导，以为能享受官方授权的免排队服务，实际上权益大打折扣，甚至与普通门票并无区别。 　　江苏省消保委认为：根据《中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法》第二十条，经营者向消费者提供有关商品或者服务的质量、性能、用途、有效期限等信息，应当真实、全面，不得作虚假或者引人误解的宣传。由此可见，经营者负有真实、全面、明确披露商品和服务信息的法定义务，而某些商家用这些文字游戏模糊权益、诱导消费，已经涉嫌虚假宣传，侵犯了消费者的知情权和公平交易权。消费者的合法权益受法律保护，遇到此类问题可依法向商家、平台追责，或向相关部门投诉。 　　通讯员 苏消萱 　　扬子晚报/紫牛新闻记者 马燕 【编辑:胡寒笑】|dfg|
