    网约车服务满意度报告：超八成消费者因安全和服务质量选择自营平台

    　　网约车是指以互联网技术为依托构建服务平台，接入符合条件的车辆和驾驶员，通过整合供需信息，提供非巡游的预约出租汽车服务的经营活动。据交通运输部数据，截至2025年10月31日，全国共有393家网约车平台公司取得网约车平台经营许可，网约车监管信息交互系统10月共收到订单信息8.92亿单。 　　网约车在快速发展并给消费者带来便捷的同时，也带来了不少新的问题。部分平台恶性竞争，招募或诱导未取得许可的驾驶员和车辆带车加盟，降低服务质量，导致网约车乱象问题频出。 　　为此，天津市消费者协会、北京大学电子商务法研究中心、北京阳光消费大数据研究院、消费者网（www.bjxf315.com）联合开展了本次网约车服务消费者满意度调查，旨在全面了解网约车服务市场及消费者满意度状况，并提出相关建议思路，维护消费者合法权益，促进网约车行业规范发展。 　　消费偏好与选择动因：自营平台稳占市场主导地位，安全是消费者首要关注因素 受访者对网约车自营平台的认知看法 受访者选择网约车服务时的关注因素 　　调查结果显示，超八成（80.66%）受访者表示侧重选择网约车自营平台（滴滴出行、首汽约车等），只有不到两成（19.34%）受访者表示侧重选择网约车聚合平台（高德打车、美团打车等）。说明网约车自营平台基于其长期积累的服务管控能力和安全责任形象，仍然稳稳占据市场主导地位。 　　调查结果还显示，超六成（62.57%）受访者将安全作为选择网约车的首要关注因素，占比明显高于便捷性（49.30%）和价格（37.51%）。说明安全已成为超越便捷与价格的需求，是平台建立信任的核心基础。 　　近年来，网约车安全事件频发及相关法规完善，持续强化了消费者对出行安全的敏感度。消费者将安全置于首位，表明网约车消费已从“效率优先”进入“安全与效率并重”的阶段，平台在安全功能建设、驾驶员审核机制、行程保障等方面的投入与透明度，将成为影响消费者选择的关键因素。 　　消费者对不同平台的认知：自营平台安全审核和主体责任更明确，聚合平台存在质价与责任担忧 受访者对网约车自营平台的认知看法 受访者对网约车聚合平台的认知看法 　　调查结果显示，近六成（58.87%）受访者认为自营平台安全审核和主体责任更明确，其次是客服与售后处理更高效（45.06%）、服务质量更稳定（37.05%）；近半（48.74%）受访者认为聚合平台可能出现低价低质现象，其次是售后责任划分不清（41.03%）和安全保障相对较差（31.64%）。与此同时，也有部分受访者则会出于运力更强（32.1%）、承运商选择更丰富（18.09%）以及便于多家比价（8.6%）等因素，选择聚合平台。 　　可以看出，消费者选择通过自营平台出行，是因为更看重其安全能力强、服务质量更稳定。将消费者最关心的安全问题拆开来看，从驾驶员准入、行程开始到订单售后，自营平台可以做到统一且贯穿全链条的安全管理体系，比如直接管理驾驶员和车辆，更容易形成统一的服务标准和清晰的责任链条。一旦发生纠纷，自营平台作为运输服务的直接组织者和提供者，直连司乘双方，可以“一站式处理”，更好地保护消费者权益。 　　聚合平台主要定位于“信息撮合方”，这种责任及售后链条的延长，客观上增加了乘客维权时的复杂性。当面临纠纷及安全事故时，消费者可能面临聚合平台和第三方网约车平台“踢皮球”的窘境。同时，聚合平台作为“平台的平台”，只能审核合作商的整体资质，无法直接触及司机与车辆。而众多网约车小平台为抢占市场，一定程度上会降低司机准入标准，这也导致聚合平台上司机以及服务质量参差不齐，符合调查结果中近半受访者认为聚合平台可能出现低价低质的结论。 【编辑:胡寒笑】|dfg|
