    报告：我国60岁以上老年人患听力损失人数超2000万

    　　中新网北京12月17日电(记者 赵方园)12月16日，中国听力医学发展基金会、社会科学文献出版社在北京联合发布了《中国听力健康报告(2025)：老年听力健康》蓝皮书(以下简称《报告》)。 　　《报告》显示，根据第二次全国残疾人抽样调查数据，60岁及以上老年人群的听力损失患病率在各个年龄段当中居于首位，高达11.04%，据此推算，我国患听力损失的60岁以上老年人至少2000万人。约1/3的65岁以上老年人伴有听力残疾，约90%的80岁以上人群会出现听力损失。 　　《报告》指出，据第二次全国残疾人抽样调查统计，在导致我国60岁及以上老年人听力下降的诸多原因中，年龄相关的听力损失占67.02%，原因不明性听力损失占8.93%，中耳炎占8.64%，全身疾病占5.22%，噪声和爆震占3.55%，药物中毒占1.81%，其他占4.83%。老年性听力损失通常表现为渐进性、双耳对称的感音神经性听力下降，特征性表现为高频听力下降，同时可能伴有耳鸣及言语识别障碍，并与老年人认知障碍密切相关。 　　其中，听力损失带来的老年人群言语交流能力下降、情感和社会交流能力下降，以及避险能力下降等一系列严重问题，是老年人群生活质量和健康水平下降的重要影响因素。阿尔茨海默病在伴有轻度、中度、重度听力损失的老年人群中的发病率分别是听力正常老年人的2倍、3倍、5倍。 　　《报告》同时指出我国在老年听觉功能恢复领域的研究和应用还处于初期阶段，尽管已有一些实践和探索，但与国外的成熟体系相比，仍有较大差距。相比于儿童听力康复的广泛认知和资源投入，针对老年听力康复的研究成果和实际应用仍显不足，尚未形成广泛的社会影响，这也是我国老年人助听设备普及率低的主要原因。 　　针对当前存在的问题，《报告》建议，加强早期筛查和预防措施，完善听力康复服务体系建设，加大政策和经济支持力度，加强听力学人才队伍建设，加强科普宣传，加大对听力康复设备研发的支持力度，以及加强相关基础与临床研究等，并将听力障碍预防纳入基本公共服务，对困难老年群体提供设备补贴。(完) 【编辑:张令旗】|dfg|
