    呼吸道传染性疾病流行季如何做好防护？医生给出三条建议

    　　中新网12月19日电 国家卫生健康委19日召开新闻发布会，介绍时令节气与健康(冬至)有关情况。江苏省疾病预防控制中心主任医师霍翔表示，低温寒潮发生的时间往往与流感等呼吸道传染病流行季节重叠。公众需要从以下方面做好防护： 　　一是积极接种流感疫苗。接种流感疫苗是预防流感最经济、有效的手段，可以显著降低接种者罹患流感和发生重症的风险。推荐6月龄及以上且没有接种禁忌的人都应该接种流感疫苗。优先推荐60岁及以上老年人、儿童、慢性病患者、婴儿的家庭成员和看护人员等重点人群，托幼机构、中小学校、医疗机构、养老机构、监管场所等重点场所的人群及时接种。接种流感疫苗的常见不良反应通常是轻微的，大家无需过于担心。有些地方已经面向中小学生和老年人提供免费的流感疫苗接种，起到了保护效果。如果能够达到较高的接种率，则人群的保护效果会更加好。 　　当前流感疫苗的接种服务便利性越来越可及，许多社区卫生服务中心、乡镇卫生院都提供了周末预约接种、延时接种等等，希望大家能够尽快接种疫苗，用预防而非患病后再治疗的手段是最合适的，也是最值得提倡的。 　　二是要养成良好的卫生习惯。咳嗽、打喷嚏的时候要用纸巾或者用臂弯遮住口鼻，注意手卫生，避免用不洁的手触摸眼、鼻、口等部位。密切关注家中的幼儿、老年人、体弱多病者的健康状况，建议从外面回家后，要先洗手、换衣服后再近距离跟家人接触；若自身出现咳嗽、发热等呼吸道症状，请务必佩戴口罩，并保持适当距离。同时提醒长辈要注意保暖、保证休息，均衡营养。 　　三是要营造清新的室内环境。根据天气情况每天通风2到3次。注意保暖，避免受凉；保持室内清洁，可以定期对门把手等高频触摸的物品表面进行预防性消毒，可使用浓度250mg/L至500mg/L含氯消毒剂擦试或喷洒，作用30分钟以后再用清水擦试干净。 　　此外，霍翔提醒，雨雪天气，地面湿滑，要注意预防跌倒，尤其是老年人应当尽量减少外出。老年人出门时要穿防滑鞋，放慢走路速度，双手不要插在衣兜里；尽量选择平坦的地面、不湿滑、障碍少、有扶手、光线好的路段行走。户外工作者长时间暴露在寒冷环境中，在此，要特别提醒环卫工人、快递员、外卖骑手等户外工作者，要注意防寒保暖，建议穿戴防寒工作服、鞋帽、手套等等。快递员、外卖骑手每天接触人员众多，建议积极接种流感疫苗，在取餐送货等等室内场所要科学佩戴口罩，接触物品前后要勤洗手，来降低感染风险。及时关注天气预报和预警信息，提前做好准备，守护自己和家人的健康，平安过冬。 【编辑:刘湃】|dfg|
