    “天价救护车”事件涉事医院被罚款五千元

    　　新华社南昌12月16日电(记者闵尊涛、张东阳)记者16日从江西省市场监督管理部门获悉，南昌市市场监督管理局近日对“天价救护车”事件中涉事的南昌赣医医院有限公司作出罚款五千元的行政处罚。 　　处罚决定书显示，2025年4月8日晚10时左右，南昌赣医医院有限公司员工熊宗勇驾驶挂靠于该医院的救护车，以该医院名义私自转运江西省儿童医院患者唐某某至上海市内医院急诊，全程往返路程为1600公里，转运业务收取该患者转运费28000元。南昌赣医医院有限公司“救护车费”公示收费标准为“20元/3公里”，即每公里为6.67元，南昌市至上海市转运救护业务来回路程共计1600公里，按照公示标价计算，应收10672元。因该医院未对案涉救护车及熊宗勇进行有效管理，致使该医院工作人员驾驶救护车转运服务中，在“救护车费”公示标价外加收价款17328元。 　　“民营救护车800公里收费2.8万元”事件引发社会关注后，当事人在6月18日已将多收的17328元款项退还给患者唐某某。 　　针对医院在其公示标价之外加价收取救护车转运费的行为，南昌市市场监管局依据《中华人民共和国价格法》第四十二条：“经营者违反明码标价规定的，责令改正，没收违法所得，可以并处五千元以下的罚款”的规定，责令涉事医院改正违法行为，并对其作出罚款5000元的行政处罚。 　　此外，针对涉事医院在其他医疗服务过程中存在的超标准收费、重复收费、使用超过有效期药品等行为，市场监管部门已没收过期药品，对多项违法行为总共罚没87220.86元并上缴国库。 【编辑:刘阳禾】|dfg|
