    　　中新社香港12月18日电 题：叶刘淑仪：黎智英案证据详实，裁决公正严谨 　　中新社记者 韩星童 　　香港特区行政会议非官守议员召集人、香港特区第七届立法会议员叶刘淑仪翻开手边的蓝色文件夹，这份多达855页的文件，是香港特区高等法院原讼法庭日前就黎智英案颁下的裁决理由。过去几天，叶刘淑仪认真研读，在上面做了多处标记。 12月17日，叶刘淑仪接受中新社记者专访。　中新社记者 李志华 摄 　　“这份判词内容完善、详实。”叶刘淑仪17日接受中新社记者专访时如是说。她向记者展示判词中详细列出的大量证据，均指向黎智英是2019年“修例风波”等一系列反中乱港事件的主要策划者和参与者，且长期与外部势力勾结，游说西方国家政客对中国及香港特区进行所谓“制裁”或采取其他敌对行动。“他披着‘传媒大亨’的外衣，实际利用壹传媒和《苹果日报》作为政治动员的工具，煽动公众仇恨中央政府和香港特区政府。” 　　香港特区政府此前公布的资料显示，法庭经过多达156日的公开聆讯，审视了多达2220项证物、超过80000页文件，14名控方证人的证词，黎智英本人更出庭作供多达52天。这些都是黎智英和其他被告经过公平审讯后才被裁定有罪的清楚证明。 　　叶刘淑仪认为，法庭裁决黎智英两项串谋勾结外国势力罪及一项串谋发布煽动刊物罪成立，完全是基于证据、符合香港普通法的原则和程序，公开、公正、严谨。 　　面对证据，一些西方国家政客及媒体近日以“人权”“自由”等名义反对审判结果。在叶刘淑仪看来，这些言论毫无事实根据，暴露出背后的政治偏见。她以反华媒体对黎智英健康状况的质疑为例予以驳斥：黎智英曾出庭作供52天，在庭上精神和身体状态都很健康，其代理律师亦曾当庭证实黎智英在押期间未受到不公正待遇。 12月17日，叶刘淑仪翻看法庭就黎智英案颁下的裁决理由。　中新社记者 李志华 摄 　　叶刘淑仪担任过香港特区政府保安局局长、四届立法会议员，曾亲睹“修例风波”对香港社会造成的巨大伤害。“反中乱港分子甚至闯入立法会大楼，破坏会议厅和办公室。”她说，黎智英在这过程中以《苹果日报》为工具操控舆论，误导、蛊惑年轻人，动员他们“打头阵”，“令这些无知的年轻人受到伤害”；部分人被拘捕及起诉，前途尽毁。 　　“此次裁决释放一个重要信息：危害国家安全的人，特区政府必定依据法律追究到底。”叶刘淑仪相信，这也将警醒其他别有用心人士切勿以身试法，她亦希望年轻人能够借此机会看清这些人的真面目。 　　2020年香港国安法颁布实施后，香港社会拨乱反正、重回正轨。“没有了‘毒苹果’散播失实信息，这几年香港年轻人改变了很多。”叶刘淑仪对此感受颇深。前段时间香港特区第八届立法会选举期间，她“落区”与市民交流。“多数年轻人眼下更关心自己的前途，积极争取向上流动的机会。”叶刘淑仪表示，这也是特区政府对于反中乱港分子严正执法所带来的正面效果。(完) 【编辑:张令旗】|dfg|
